- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you are not prohibited from using our Services under applicable law;
- you are using the Services for lawful purposes only;
- you understand that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user does not meet these requirements.
4. Nature of Our Services
Trade’t provides software tools only.
We do not provide:
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- trading advice;
- portfolio management;
- copy-trading or managed-account services;
- brokerage services;
- custody of client funds;
- execution services;
- regulated financial services;
- tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Our products are technical tools that allow users to automate, assist, test, or manage trading strategies according to user-defined settings.
You remain solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to trade;
- selecting the broker, account, platform, and market;
- configuring all risk settings;
- monitoring your account;
- deciding whether a strategy is suitable for you;
- complying with applicable laws, broker rules, and prop-firm rules.
Nothing on our websites, in our products, in our documentation, in our videos, in our support communications, or in our community channels should be treated as financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
5. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, equities, and other financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- you may lose some or all of your trading capital;
- leveraged trading may cause losses greater than expected;
- past performance is not indicative of future results;
- backtests, forward tests, screenshots, live results, signal pages, and community results do not guarantee future performance;
- no EA, indicator, utility, strategy, set file, or configuration can guarantee profit or prevent losses;
- market conditions can change rapidly;
- broker execution, spreads, slippage, swaps, latency, VPS quality, account type, symbol specifications, liquidity, and technical failures can materially affect results.
Before using any product on a live account, we strongly recommend testing it on a demo account or small-risk environment until you fully understand its behavior.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Automated Trading Risk
Expert Advisors and automated trading systems carry additional risks, including but not limited to:
- incorrect configuration;
- excessive risk settings;
- broker execution differences;
- spread widening;
- slippage;
- requotes;
- latency;
- internet failure;
- VPS failure;
- MetaTrader platform failure;
- news-event volatility;
- market gaps;
- abnormal market conditions;
- licensing or activation connectivity issues;
- third-party API or data-provider issues.
You are responsible for monitoring automated systems and ensuring that your settings match your risk tolerance and trading objectives.
We are not responsible for trading losses caused by misuse, incorrect settings, excessive lot size, failure to monitor trades, broker conditions, market events, technical failure, or any factor outside our control.
7. Country Restrictions and Compliance
We do not represent that our Services are appropriate, lawful, or available in every jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- you may legally access and use our Services in your country;
- automated trading is permitted by your broker or prop firm;
- your use of our Services does not breach applicable financial, tax, consumer, sanctions, AML, export-control, or technology laws;
- you are not located in or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country, entity, or person.
We may refuse or cancel orders, suspend accounts, revoke licenses, or restrict access where we reasonably believe that legal, regulatory, fraud, sanctions, payment, or reputational risks exist.
8. Accounts, Licenses, and Activations
Some products may require an account, license key, online activation, account binding, email verification, or periodic online license validation.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page, a Direct Purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal or internal trading use.
Product-specific license limits may apply, including limits based on:
- number of MetaTrader accounts;
- number of activations;
- account number;
- broker;
- platform type;
- time period;
- subscription status;
- product version;
- user email;
- license key.
You must not:
- share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or distribute a license;
- publish or leak license keys;
- bypass, disable, tamper with, or simulate license validation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, patch, or modify the software;
- attempt to extract source code;
- use our products to build competing products;
- use one license beyond the permitted activation/account limit;
- use false identity, fraudulent payment details, or chargeback abuse to obtain access.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or revocation of your license without refund.
9. Online Activation Requirement
Certain products require online activation and periodic verification to function.
Activation may include:
- license key validation;
- email validation;
- trading account binding;
- broker/account verification;
- server-side license checks;
- product-version validation;
- anti-abuse and anti-piracy controls.
An active internet connection may be required during activation and periodically afterward.
We are not liable if a product cannot operate because of:
- blocked internet access;
- missing WebRequest permissions;
- firewall restrictions;
- antivirus blocking;
- VPS restrictions;
- broker/platform limitations;
- incorrect MetaTrader configuration;
- user refusal to enable required technical permissions.
10. Product Compatibility and User Responsibility
Our products may depend on third-party platforms and environments, including but not limited to:
- MetaTrader 4;
- MetaTrader 5;
- broker servers;
- VPS providers;
- operating systems;
- DLL settings;
- WebRequest settings;
- symbol specifications;
- account type;
- leverage;
- minimum lot size;
- spread and commission model;
- market session times;
- news/calendar sources;
- payment and licensing systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that your environment is compatible with the product before using it on a live account.
We may provide documentation, tutorials, examples, or support, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every broker, account type, operating system, MetaTrader build, VPS, or trading condition.
11. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
Products are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:
- download link;
- email;
- user portal;
- license activation;
- MetaTrader Marketplace;
- third-party marketplace;
- direct manual delivery;
- product dashboard.
Delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation, fraud screening, technical validation, or manual review.
We may use third-party Payment Processors including Stripe, Xpay, crypto payment processors, card processors, wallets, or other providers. We do not store full card details when payment is processed by a third-party provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing, tax, and contact information.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
- payment is not confirmed;
- payment is reversed, disputed, or flagged;
- fraud or abuse is suspected;
- required identity or billing information is missing;
- the order violates these Terms;
- legal or compliance concerns exist.
12. Stripe and Card Payments
Where card payments are processed through Stripe or another card processor:
- your payment is subject to the processor’s own terms and policies;
- card authorization does not guarantee order acceptance;
- we may delay delivery for fraud checks;
- refunds, if approved, are normally returned to the original payment method;
- bank processing times may vary;
- chargebacks or payment disputes may result in license suspension until resolved.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a legitimate support or refund issue, we may suspend access to the related product while the dispute is investigated.
13. Crypto Payments via Xpay or Other Crypto Processors
Where crypto payments are accepted:
- payment may be processed through Xpay or another crypto payment provider;
- crypto payments are considered received only after the required network confirmations and processor confirmation;
- blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
- network fees, gas fees, miner fees, exchange fees, and conversion fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise;
- crypto prices are volatile, and exchange-rate differences may occur between invoice creation, payment, confirmation, and refund;
- underpayments, overpayments, late payments, wrong-network payments, wrong-token payments, or payments to the wrong address may not be recoverable;
- refunds, if approved, may be issued in fiat value, store credit, or crypto equivalent at our discretion and subject to processor capability and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you use the correct wallet address, network, token, memo/tag, and payment amount.
We are not liable for funds lost due to user error, wrong chain, wrong address, wallet issues, exchange delays, network congestion, or blockchain failures.
14. MQL5 Marketplace Purchases
Some Trade’t products may be available through the MQL5 Market or other marketplaces.
For Marketplace Purchases:
- the marketplace’s own terms, payment rules, licensing rules, activation rules, refund rules, and dispute rules apply;
- the marketplace may act as Merchant of Record or payment intermediary;
- payment processing, invoices, purchase history, activation limits, and refund requests may be controlled by the marketplace;
- we may not receive your full customer details, billing details, or payment details from the marketplace;
- we cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through MQL5 or another marketplace unless the marketplace allows it;
- billing and refund requests must be addressed through the marketplace’s official support process.
We may provide technical support for the product itself, but we cannot override marketplace licensing, activation, refund, or payment policies.
MQL5’s Market Terms define a Product License as a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license acquired from MetaQuotes via the MQL5 Market. MQL5 also states that Market products are distributed through its controlled marketplace where developers distribute products to users under Market rules.
15. Pricing, Taxes, VAT, and Invoices
Prices may be displayed in USD, EUR, or another currency.
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the checkout method, buyer location, and applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including:
- legal name;
- billing address;
- country;
- email;
- tax/VAT number where applicable;
- company details where applicable.
Where legally required, VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar taxes may be calculated, collected, and remitted by us, a Payment Processor, a Merchant of Record, or a marketplace.
If you are purchasing as a business, you are responsible for ensuring that your tax information is accurate.
We may update prices, discounts, bundles, launch offers, affiliate offers, and subscription plans at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases unless clearly stated.
16. Refund Policy for Direct Purchases
Because our products are digital software delivered electronically, refunds are limited.
Unless a product page states a different refund policy, the following applies to Direct Purchases:
- once a product has been delivered, downloaded, licensed, activated, or used, refunds are generally not available except where required by mandatory law;
- if a product includes a stated money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies only under the exact terms shown on the product page at the time of purchase;
- if a product is defective, non-functional, or materially not as described, you must contact us with evidence, logs, screenshots, and reasonable troubleshooting details;
- we may offer repair, replacement, update, credit, or refund at our discretion where legally permitted;
- no refund is available for trading losses, expected profits not achieved, broker incompatibility, wrong settings, user error, change of mind after activation, or failure to test on demo.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal period for online purchases, you acknowledge and agree, to the extent permitted by law, that:
- the product is digital content/software;
- delivery may begin immediately after purchase;
- activation or download gives you immediate access to the digital product;
- you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery, download, or activation begins, where such waiver is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
17. Subscriptions, Rentals, and Renewals
Some products may be sold as subscriptions, rentals, or time-limited licenses.
Where applicable:
- the license remains active only for the paid subscription/rental period;
- renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the relevant platform;
- failure to pay renewal fees may result in suspension or expiry of the license;
- subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not necessarily create a refund for the current billing period;
- promotional prices may expire at renewal;
- we may change subscription prices with notice where required by law.
Marketplace subscriptions or rentals are governed by the relevant marketplace rules.
18. Updates, Upgrades, and Product Changes
We may provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, compatibility changes, or new versions at our discretion.
Unless expressly stated at purchase, we do not guarantee:
- lifetime updates;
- future feature releases;
- compatibility with all future MetaTrader versions;
- compatibility with all future broker changes;
- uninterrupted product availability;
- continued availability of third-party integrations.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or retire any product or feature where necessary for security, compatibility, compliance, technical, commercial, or operational reasons.
19. Support
We may provide support through email, Telegram, Discord, website chat, documentation, videos, or other channels.
Support may require you to provide:
- screenshots;
- logs;
- MetaTrader journal/expert logs;
- broker/account type;
- product version;
- settings file;
- error messages;
- VPS/OS details;
- activation details.
We do not guarantee that every issue will be resolved, especially where the issue is caused by third-party platforms, brokers, user settings, operating systems, network restrictions, or unsupported environments.
Support does not include:
- personalized investment advice;
- account management;
- trading recommendations;
- guaranteed strategy optimization;
- custom development unless separately agreed;
- broker dispute handling;
- recovery of trading losses.
20. Community, Tutorials, and Educational Content
We may provide tutorials, videos, examples, set files, backtests, forward tests, community discussions, posts, announcements, or educational materials.
Such content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
It does not constitute:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- trading advice;
- a recommendation;
- a solicitation;
- a guarantee of future performance.
You are responsible for independently testing and validating all strategies, settings, examples, and files before using them on a live account.
21. Affiliate, IB, Partner, and Referral Programs
We may operate affiliate, introducing broker, partner, referral, or promotional programs.
Unless a separate written agreement applies:
- commissions are payable only on valid, non-refunded, non-fraudulent sales;
- we may reject or reverse commissions for chargebacks, refunds, fraud, self-referrals, abuse, or policy violations;
- affiliates must not make misleading claims, profit guarantees, false testimonials, or regulated financial advice;
- affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Trade’t where required by law;
- affiliates must not use spam, impersonation, fake scarcity, unauthorized ads, or misleading performance claims;
- we may terminate affiliate access at any time for breach, abuse, compliance risk, or reputational risk.
Affiliates and partners are independent parties and are not authorized to bind Trade’t or make promises on our behalf.
