These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trade’t website, software products, license systems, downloads, documentation, updates, support services, and related digital services.
By accessing the website, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any Trade’t product or service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website, products, or services.

Trade’t provides digital software products, including MetaTrader-compatible tools, Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, configuration files, documentation, and related digital products. Trade't does not provide financial advice, investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, managed accounts, copy trading, custody of funds, or any regulated financial service.

2. Our Products
Trade’t products are software tools designed to help users configure, automate, test, monitor, or manage their own trading-related workflows inside compatible platforms such as MetaTrader.
Our products may include:
- Expert Advisors;
- indicators;
- utilities;
- dashboards;
- risk-management tools;
- configuration files;
- documentation;
- tutorials;
- software updates;
- license activation systems.
You are responsible for understanding how a product works before using it.
3. No Financial Advice
Trade’t provides software and technical documentation only.
Nothing on our website, in our products, in our videos, in our documentation, in our support messages, or in our community channels should be treated as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, settings, accounts, broker selection, platform setup, and use of the software.
4. User Responsibility and Live Use
Some Trade’t products can be used by customers on demo or live trading accounts.
If you choose to use any Trade’t product on a live account, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
Trade’t is not responsible for losses, drawdowns, missed profits, account issues, broker issues, technical issues, incorrect settings, market conditions, or any outcome resulting from your use of the software.
Past performance, examples, reviews, backtests, forward tests, tutorials, screenshots, or community results are provided for information only and do not guarantee future results.
You should test any product and configuration carefully before using it on a live account.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our products and services.
By using our website or products, you confirm that:
- you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
- you will use the products only for lawful purposes;
- you are responsible for checking whether use of the products is allowed in your country, broker, platform, or account environment;
- you will not use the products in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rules.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your use creates legal, technical, payment, security, abuse, or reputational risk.
6. Licenses and Activations
When you purchase a Trade’t product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the applicable product terms.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, brand, documentation, design, or intellectual property.
Some products may require:
- license keys;
- online activation;
- account binding;
- platform verification;
- email verification;
- product-version validation;
- periodic license checks.
License limits may depend on the product, plan, purchase channel, number of activations, number of accounts, duration, or other product-specific conditions shown at checkout or in the product documentation.
You must not:
- share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your license;
- publish or leak license keys;
- bypass, disable, crack, or tamper with license validation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, or modify the software;
- attempt to extract source code;
- distribute unauthorized copies;
- use the product to build a competing product.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your license without refund.
7. Technical Requirements
Some products require compatible software, platforms, internet access, license-server communication, platform settings, or other technical conditions to function correctly.
You are responsible for ensuring that your environment is compatible with the product before use.
Trade’t is not responsible if a product does not work correctly because of:
- unsupported platform versions;
- broker or server restrictions;
- missing permissions;
- incorrect installation;
- incorrect settings;
- blocked internet access;
- firewall or antivirus restrictions;
- VPS issues;
- operating-system issues;
- third-party platform changes;
- third-party service interruptions.
8. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
Products are delivered digitally.
Delivery may occur through:
- download links;
- email;
- customer portal access;
- license keys;
- activation systems;
- third-party marketplace delivery;
- documentation or file access.
Payments may be processed bt Trade’t, a payment processor, a Merchant of Record, or another third-party provider depending on the purchase channel.
The applicable payment provider or marketplace may have its own terms, conditions, fees, refund process, and verification requirements.
We may refuse, cancel, or review an order if we suspect fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized use, sanctions risk, technical abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Pricing, Taxes, and Invoices
Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location, checkout method, and payment provider.
Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, invoices, and receipts may be handled by Trade't, a payment processor, a Merchant of Record, or a third-party marketplace depending on the purchase channel.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
10. Refunds
Trade’t products are digital software products delivered electronically.
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund your order without requiring you to provide a reason.
If your country, state, or region provides mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that are more favourable to you than this policy, Trade't will respect and apply those rights.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@tradet.net within 14 days of your purchase and include:
- your name;
- your email address used for the purchase;
- your order number or payment reference;
- the product purchased.
Refund Processing
If a refund is requested within the 14-day refund period:
- it will be processed within 14 days of approval;
- it will be issued to the original payment method where possible;
- access to the product may be disabled;
- the related license may be revoked immediately;
- you must stop using the product;
- you must delete all downloaded product files, license files, configuration files, and related materials in your possession;
- Trade't may request written confirmation that the product materials have been deleted.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, marketplace, or Merchant of Record.
After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase may be refused, unless a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Trade't at its discretion.
Third-Party Purchases
Our products may be purchased through other third-party marketplaces, the refund process, timing, and eligibility rules of that provider will apply. Trade't is not responsible for third-party refund processes, but we will cooperate with the marketplace to resolve any issues.
Selected Trade’t tools may be available on the MQL5 Marketplace through the founder’s personal seller profile, @tradewithat. MQL5 purchases are processed, licensed, activated, refunded, and handled by MQL5 under its own marketplace rules and are separate from direct website purchases.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, duplicate payment, failed delivery, license issue, or refund request, please contact us first at support@tradet.net so we can investigate and resolve the matter.
Because we offer a 14-day refund period, customers should request a refund directly from Trade't before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- suspension of your license;
- termination of access to the product;
- suspension of your customer account;
- cancellation of support access;
- refusal of future purchases;
- reporting of fraudulent or abusive activity to the relevant payment provider, marketplace, fraud-prevention service, or legal authority where appropriate.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Trade't may provide the payment provider with evidence of purchase, delivery, license issuance, activation, download, customer communication, support history, IP logs, usage logs, and acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, incorrect, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
12. MQL5 Marketplace Purchases
Selected Trade’t tools may be available on the MQL5 Marketplace through the founder’s personal seller profile, @tradewithat.
Purchases made through MQL5 are processed, invoiced, licensed, activated, delivered, updated, refunded, and handled by MQL5 under its own marketplace rules.
MQL5 purchases are separate from direct purchases made through the Trade’t website.
Trade't is not the seller of record for MQL5 Marketplace purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Different purchase channels may have different prices, license terms, activation limits, refund rules, delivery methods, and support processes.
13. Support
Trade’t may provide support through email, website forms, documentation, videos, community channels, or other support channels.
Support may include help with:
- installation;
- activation;
- license issues;
- product setup;
- product inputs;
- technical troubleshooting;
- documentation clarification.
Support does not include financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, account-management advice, broker selection advice, or profit guarantees.
We may ask you to provide logs, screenshots, settings, platform information, or other technical details to help diagnose an issue.
We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, especially when the issue relates to third-party platforms, brokers, user configuration, operating systems, VPS providers, or external services.
14. Updates and Product Changes
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any product, feature, version, license system, documentation, price, or service at any time.
Updates may be provided for functionality, compatibility, security, licensing, performance, or compliance reasons.
We are not required to maintain every historical product version, feature, setting, or compatibility indefinitely.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website, products, license systems, or services to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- bypass license controls;
- distribute unauthorized copies;
- share paid products without permission;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- interfere with our infrastructure;
- upload malicious code;
- commit fraud or payment abuse;
- misrepresent your identity;
- use our products in a way that harms Trade’t, other users, payment providers, marketplaces, or third parties.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated this section.
16. Intellectual Property
All Trade’t products, source code, compiled files, designs, documentation, product names, logos, graphics, videos, website content, configuration examples, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
All rights remain owned by Trade't, the founder, or applicable licensors.
You receive only a limited license to use the product. You do not receive ownership of the product or any intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, patch, bypass protection, or create derivative works from our products unless expressly allowed by law.
17. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our products and services may depend on or link to third-party platforms or services, including MetaTrader, analytics tools, and other external services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, availability, and technical requirements.
Trade't is not responsible for third-party services, decisions, outages, restrictions, errors, content, policies, or changes.
18. Privacy
Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that we may process information required to operate our software business, including order details, license details, activation details, support information, payment references, technical logs, and anti-abuse data.
19. Disclaimers
The website, products, documentation, licenses, downloads, support, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade't disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement;
- uninterrupted operation;
- error-free operation;
- compatibility with all environments;
- suitability for any specific use case.
We do not guarantee that:
- the products will meet your expectations;
- the products will operate without interruption or error;
- every issue will be corrected;
- the products will remain compatible with every third-party platform or environment;
- any example, tutorial, configuration, or result will be repeated;
- any product will produce any specific outcome.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade't, its owners, directors, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Trade't will not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of data;
- business interruption;
- technical failure;
- product misuse;
- incorrect configuration;
- third-party platform issues;
- payment provider issues;
- marketplace issues;
- account or broker issues;
- losses or outcomes resulting from use of the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade't’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid directly to Trade't for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade't, its owners, directors, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the website, products, or services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your misuse of a license;
- your misuse of a product;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- your fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to products, licenses, accounts, downloads, support, or services if we reasonably believe that:
- you breached these Terms;
- you misused a license;
- you attempted to bypass technical protections;
- you engaged in fraud or payment abuse;
- you created security, legal, payment, or reputational risk;
- continued access may harm Trade’t, users, payment providers, marketplaces, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license may be revoked and you must stop using the affected products.
Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, payment obligations, and dispute provisions.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where legally permitted, by requesting immediate delivery, download, license issuance, activation, or access to digital content, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery or activation begins.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
The updated Terms apply from the date they are published unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the website, products, or services after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any dispute relating to direct purchases from Trade't or use of Trade't services will be subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
