Last Updated: 05/05/2026
This Risk Disclosure applies to all websites, software products, Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, configuration files, documentation, tutorials, videos, community content, support communications, and related services provided by Trade’t.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any Trade’t product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure.
If you do not understand or accept the risks described below, you must not use our products on a live trading account.
1. Trade’t Provides Software Only
Trade’t is a software and technology provider.
We create trading tools, including Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, automation frameworks, configuration files, documentation, and educational materials.
Trade’t does not provide:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- trading advice;
- portfolio management;
- copy-trading services;
- managed-account services;
- brokerage services;
- custody of client funds;
- regulated financial services;
- tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Nothing provided by Trade’t should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on your account.
2. Trading Involves High Risk
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- foreign exchange;
- CFDs;
- futures;
- indices;
- commodities;
- metals such as gold;
- cryptocurrencies;
- equities;
- synthetic instruments;
- leveraged products.
You may lose some or all of your trading capital.
Leveraged trading can magnify both profits and losses. Small market movements may result in significant account drawdown, margin calls, liquidation, or complete account loss.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
3. No Guarantee of Profit
Trade’t does not guarantee that any product, Expert Advisor, indicator, utility, strategy, configuration file, set file, tutorial, or example will generate profits.
We do not guarantee:
- profitability;
- win rate;
- account growth;
- drawdown limits;
- prop-firm challenge success;
- funded-account retention;
- avoidance of losses;
- performance consistency;
- future market suitability;
- compatibility with all brokers or account types.
Any statement about performance, strategy logic, historical results, backtests, forward tests, signals, or examples is provided for informational purposes only.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
4. Backtesting and Historical Results Are Limited
Backtests, optimizations, historical simulations, strategy reports, screenshots, and performance summaries have important limitations.
Backtest results may be affected by:
- data quality;
- spread assumptions;
- commission assumptions;
- slippage assumptions;
- tick-data accuracy;
- execution model;
- broker server time;
- symbol specifications;
- optimization bias;
- overfitting;
- missing historical news events;
- differences between demo and live execution;
- changes in market structure.
A strategy that performed well in a backtest may perform poorly in live trading.
Backtests should be treated as research tools, not as guarantees of future performance.
5. Forward Tests and Live Results Are Not Guarantees
Forward tests, demo results, live signals, screenshots, account tracking links, community results, or third-party performance pages may help demonstrate how a product behaved under specific conditions.
However, these results do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
Your results may differ because of:
- broker execution;
- spread and commission;
- slippage;
- latency;
- VPS quality;
- account size;
- leverage;
- risk settings;
- symbol naming;
- market conditions;
- news events;
- user configuration;
- prop-firm rules;
- account restrictions;
- local platform setup.
You should not rely on any performance example as a promise, guarantee, or projection of future results.
6. Automated Trading Risk
Expert Advisors and automated trading systems can open, modify, and close trades automatically or semi-automatically.
Automated trading involves specific risks, including:
- incorrect settings;
- excessive lot size;
- incorrect risk percentage;
- wrong symbol selection;
- wrong timeframe;
- broker execution differences;
- widened spreads;
- slippage;
- requotes;
- order rejection;
- platform disconnection;
- VPS failure;
- internet failure;
- power failure;
- broker server issues;
- MetaTrader platform errors;
- licensing or activation interruption;
- market gaps;
- abnormal volatility;
- unexpected news events.
You are responsible for monitoring all automated systems running on your account.
An EA should not be left running unattended unless you fully understand the risks and accept full responsibility for the outcome.
7. Configuration and User Responsibility
Trade’t products may include many settings, filters, risk controls, time windows, strategy modules, and configuration options.
Incorrect configuration can cause significant losses.
You are responsible for:
- understanding each product before use;
- reading the documentation;
- testing on demo first;
- selecting appropriate risk settings;
- validating settings with your broker;
- checking symbol specifications;
- adjusting for broker server time;
- checking spreads and commissions;
- confirming lot-size rules;
- monitoring account exposure;
- respecting prop-firm rules;
- disabling trading when necessary.
If you use excessive risk, inappropriate settings, unsupported symbols, unsuitable brokers, or untested configurations, you may lose money.
Trade’t is not responsible for losses caused by user configuration, misuse, misunderstanding, or failure to monitor the software.
8. Prop-Firm and Funded-Account Risk
Some Trade’t products may include features designed to help traders manage risk in environments such as prop-firm challenges or funded accounts.
These features may include daily drawdown controls, equity protection, news filters, time filters, trade limits, and other safeguards.
However, Trade’t does not guarantee that any product will help you pass a prop-firm challenge or maintain a funded account.
Prop-firm rules may include:
- daily drawdown limits;
- maximum drawdown limits;
- consistency rules;
- news trading restrictions;
- weekend holding restrictions;
- lot-size limits;
- copy-trading restrictions;
- prohibited strategy rules;
- minimum trading days;
- scaling rules;
- maximum exposure limits;
- account inactivity rules.
You are solely responsible for reading and complying with the rules of your prop firm.
Trade’t is not responsible for failed challenges, account breaches, rule violations, disqualifications, payout denials, or funded-account closures.
9. Broker and Execution Risk
Trading results may vary significantly from one broker to another.
Differences may be caused by:
- spread;
- commission;
- swaps;
- slippage;
- execution speed;
- liquidity;
- symbol contract size;
- minimum lot size;
- maximum lot size;
- tick size;
- stop-level restrictions;
- freeze-level restrictions;
- leverage;
- margin rules;
- server time;
- trading sessions;
- order execution policy.
A product may perform differently across brokers, account types, and trading environments.
You are responsible for confirming that your broker, account type, leverage, and trading conditions are suitable before using any product on a live account.
10. Market Conditions Can Change
Financial markets are dynamic and unpredictable.
A strategy may work well under certain market conditions and perform poorly under others.
Market conditions may change because of:
- economic news;
- central bank decisions;
- interest-rate changes;
- geopolitical events;
- liquidity changes;
- volatility shifts;
- market sessions;
- holidays;
- unexpected announcements;
- flash crashes;
- broker restrictions;
- structural changes in the market.
No software can adapt perfectly to every market condition.
You are responsible for deciding when to enable, disable, pause, adjust, or stop using any product.
11. News and Volatility Risk
High-impact news events and abnormal volatility can cause rapid price movements, spread widening, slippage, order rejection, or execution at unexpected prices.
This may affect products that trade:
- breakouts;
- reversals;
- scalping strategies;
- range strategies;
- gold;
- indices;
- forex pairs;
- crypto;
- news-sensitive instruments.
Even if a product includes a news filter or volatility filter, such features may not prevent all losses.
News filters may depend on third-party data, calendar availability, timing accuracy, platform configuration, or user settings.
You remain responsible for deciding whether trading during news events is appropriate for your account.
12. Grid, Recovery, Martingale, and Scaling Risk
Some strategies, products, or user configurations may involve grid, recovery, averaging, scaling, or martingale-like behavior.
These methods can increase risk significantly.
They may temporarily recover losing positions, but they can also create large drawdowns, margin pressure, and account loss during strong trends, gaps, illiquid conditions, or abnormal volatility.
If you enable or use any strategy involving position scaling or recovery logic, you accept full responsibility for the increased risk.
You should fully understand the mechanism before using it on a live account.
13. Technical and Platform Risk
Trade’t products may depend on MetaTrader, broker servers, VPS providers, internet connectivity, operating systems, payment systems, licensing servers, and other third-party infrastructure.
Failures or interruptions may occur.
Examples include:
- MetaTrader crash;
- broker disconnection;
- VPS outage;
- internet failure;
- power failure;
- operating system update;
- antivirus blocking;
- firewall blocking;
- WebRequest misconfiguration;
- DLL permission issue;
- license-server downtime;
- incorrect installation;
- corrupted files;
- platform build incompatibility;
- third-party service outage.
Trade’t is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, duplicated trades, activation issues, or execution problems caused by technical failures outside our reasonable control.
14. License and Activation Risk
Some Trade’t products require online activation, license validation, or periodic communication with a license server.
The product may not function correctly if:
- your license is expired;
- activation fails;
- your account number is not authorized;
- the allowed activation limit is exceeded;
- your internet connection is blocked;
- WebRequest permissions are missing;
- your firewall blocks the connection;
- your VPS restricts external requests;
- the license server is temporarily unavailable;
- the product was modified, cracked, or tampered with.
You are responsible for following installation and activation instructions.
You should not rely on any EA without monitoring whether it is correctly activated and operating as expected.
15. Third-Party Tools and Data
Trade’t products may interact with or depend on third-party tools, platforms, data sources, or services.
These may include:
- MetaTrader;
- MQL5;
- brokers;
- VPS providers;
- economic calendars;
- news data;
- payment processors;
- crypto payment processors;
- analytics tools;
- community platforms.
Trade’t does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, outages, delays, restrictions, or errors.
16. Educational Content and Community Discussions
Trade’t may provide educational content, tutorials, documentation, examples, posts, videos, community discussions, performance breakdowns, or strategy explanations.
This content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not personalized advice and does not consider your financial situation, experience, risk tolerance, objectives, country, tax position, broker, prop-firm rules, or account conditions.
You should independently verify and test any information before relying on it.
Community comments, user-shared settings, testimonials, and third-party results are not guarantees and are not official financial advice from Trade’t.
17. Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials, reviews, comments, and user experiences reflect individual opinions and individual results.
They do not guarantee that you will have the same experience.
Results may vary significantly between users depending on:
- account size;

- broker;
- execution;
- market conditions;
- product version;
- configuration;

You should not purchase or use a product based solely on testimonials, reviews, or marketing materials.

Trade’t does not assess whether a product is suitable for your personal financial situation, trading knowledge, account size, risk tolerance, country, legal status, or objectives.
You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for you.
If you are unsure, you should seek independent advice from a qualified financial, legal, tax, or professional adviser before trading.
