Last Updated: May 24, 2026
This Software Use & Trading Risk Disclosure explains the risks associated with using Trade't OU software frameworks, Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, configuration files, documentation, tutorials, videos, community content, support communications, and related digital products.
Trade't OU is a software provider. Our products are configurable software tools that may be used by customers in MetaTrader-compatible environments according to their own settings, accounts, brokers, platforms, risk parameters, and trading decisions.
Trade't OU does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, brokerage services, managed accounts, copy-trading services, portfolio management, custody of customer funds, trade execution services, or any regulated financial service.
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, configuring, or using any Trade't product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this disclosure.
If you do not understand or accept the risks described below, you should not use our products on a live trading account.
1. Trade't OU Provides Software Only
Trade't OU develops and licenses software frameworks, Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, configuration files, documentation, tutorials, and related digital products.
Our products are designed to help users structure, test, configure, and automate their own trading logic. They are not financial products, investment products, managed-account services, signal services, brokerage services, or portfolio-management services.
Our software may include configurable modules such as:
- entry and exit logic;
- technical filters;
- risk-management controls;
- time filters;
- news filters;
- drawdown controls;
- trade-management tools;
- alerts and dashboard components;
- automation settings;
- configuration presets or example files.
These tools operate according to user-defined parameters. The user remains responsible for deciding whether, when, where, and how to use them.
2. No Financial Advice or Regulated Services
Nothing provided by Trade't OU should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
Trade't OU does not:
- recommend specific trades;
- make investment recommendations;
- assess whether a trade or strategy is suitable for you;
- manage customer accounts;
- hold or custody customer funds;
- place trades on behalf of customers;
- act as a broker, introducing broker, dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or financial intermediary;
- provide copy-trading or managed-account services;
- guarantee any financial result;
- operate or control any customer trading account.
All trading decisions, account settings, broker choices, platform choices, risk settings, and product configurations remain solely under the customer's control and responsibility.
3. User Control and Responsibility
Trade't products are configurable software frameworks. The outcome of using any product depends on how the user configures, tests, monitors, and deploys it.
You are solely responsible for:
- deciding whether to trade;
- deciding whether a product is suitable for your knowledge, experience, risk tolerance, account size, broker, and trading objectives;
- selecting your broker, account type, trading platform, market, symbol, timeframe, and execution environment;
- configuring lot size, risk percentage, stop loss, take profit, drawdown limits, trading hours, filters, and all other settings;
- testing any product or configuration before using it on a live account;
- monitoring the software while it is active;
- understanding the product documentation before use;
- complying with your broker's rules;
- complying with any third-party trading program rules;
- complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
You should not use any Trade't product on a live account unless you fully understand the product, its settings, its behaviour, and the risks of automated execution.
4. Use of Software in Trading Environments Involves Risk
Trade't products may be used by customers in financial-market environments. Those environments involve substantial risk and are outside Trade't OU's control.
Depending on the user's own broker, account, jurisdiction, and platform, this may include markets or instruments such as:
- foreign exchange;
- CFDs;
- indices;
- commodities;
- metals;
- futures;
- equities;
- synthetic instruments;
- leveraged products;
- other financial instruments offered by the user's broker.
Trading may result in partial or total loss of capital. Leveraged trading can magnify both profits and losses. Market conditions can change rapidly and may cause losses, drawdowns, margin calls, liquidation, or account closure.
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
5. No Performance Guarantee
Trade't software is not designed, sold, or licensed as a guarantee of profit, account growth, drawdown limitation, challenge success, funded-account retention, loss prevention, or any specific trading outcome.
We do not guarantee:
- profitability;
- win rate;
- account growth;
- drawdown limits;
- loss prevention;
- consistency of results;
- future market suitability;
- broker compatibility;
- prop-firm or third-party program success;
- payout eligibility;
- funded-account retention;
- uninterrupted operation;
- compatibility with all accounts, symbols, brokers, or market conditions.
No software framework, Expert Advisor, indicator, utility, strategy, set file, configuration, tutorial, example, or support communication can guarantee profits or prevent losses.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
6. Backtests, Forward Tests, and Examples Are Informational Only
Any backtest, optimization, forward test, demo result, live result, screenshot, account-tracking link, community result, testimonial, review, video, tutorial, or third-party performance page is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Such material may show how a product, strategy, configuration, or example behaved under specific historical, demo, live, or market conditions. It should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, forecast, or projection of future results.
Backtests and simulations may be affected by:
- data quality;
- tick accuracy;
- spread assumptions;
- commission assumptions;
- slippage assumptions;
- swap assumptions;
- execution model;
- broker server time;
- symbol specifications;
- historical data limitations;
- optimization bias;
- overfitting;
- missing news events;
- market conditions that may not repeat.
Forward tests, demo results, live examples, and tracking links may be affected by:
- broker execution;
- spreads;
- commissions;
- slippage;
- latency;
- VPS quality;
- account size;
- leverage;
- risk settings;
- symbol naming;
- liquidity;
- market conditions;
- user configuration;
- third-party rules;
- technical setup.
Your results may differ materially from any example shown.
7. Configuration and User-Defined Settings Risk
Trade't products may include many configurable settings, filters, modules, time windows, risk controls, and strategy parameters.
Incorrect or unsuitable configuration may cause significant losses.
Risks may include:
- excessive lot size;
- excessive risk percentage;

- wrong symbol selection;
- wrong timeframe;
- wrong broker server time;
- incorrect news-filter settings;

Configuration files, presets, set files, examples, or tutorials are provided for educational and operational convenience only. They are not financial advice and should not be treated as recommended settings for your account.
You must test and validate all settings before using them on a live account.
8. Technical, Platform, Broker, and Execution Dependencies
Trade't products may depend on third-party platforms, systems, and environments that are outside Trade't OU's control.
These may include:
- MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5;
- broker servers;
- symbol specifications;
- account type;
- leverage;
- lot-size rules;
- margin requirements;
- spreads and commissions;
- swap rates;
- execution speed;
- liquidity conditions;
- VPS providers;

- operating system;
- firewall or antivirus settings;
- WebRequest permissions;
- DLL permissions, where applicable;

Technical or execution issues may cause missed trades, delayed trades, rejected orders, unexpected closures, failed modifications, license-validation issues, incorrect behaviour, or losses.
Trade't OU is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, brokers, market conditions, user configuration, technical failures, connectivity issues, or any factor outside our direct control.
9. Automated Execution Risk
Some Trade't products may automate parts of the trading process according to user-defined rules and settings.
Automated execution can create additional risks, including:
- trades opening without manual confirmation;
- multiple positions opening if settings are configured incorrectly;
- orders being placed during volatile conditions;
- trade-management logic behaving differently across brokers;
- stop loss, take profit, trailing stop, or breakeven logic being affected by spreads, slippage, or broker execution;
- unexpected behaviour if the platform, VPS, internet connection, or licensing system fails.
You should monitor any automated product while it is active and ensure that all emergency stop, drawdown control, and risk-management settings are correctly configured.
10. Third-Party Trading Program Rules
Some users may choose to use Trade't software in accounts subject to third-party trading program rules, such as daily drawdown limits, maximum exposure limits, news restrictions, consistency rules, inactivity rules, copy-trading restrictions, or payout conditions.
Trade't OU is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any prop firm, funding program, broker, evaluation provider, or third-party trading program unless explicitly stated in writing.
Trade't software does not guarantee:
- qualification for any third-party program;
- passing any evaluation;
- funded-account approval;
- funded-account retention;
- compliance with third-party rules;
- payout eligibility;
- avoidance of rule breaches;
- avoidance of account termination.
You are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with any third-party program rules before using Trade't software.
11. Marketplace and MQL5 Separation
Selected Trade't tools may be published on the MQL5 Marketplace through the founder's personal seller profile, @tradewithat.
Purchases made through MQL5 are processed, invoiced, licensed, activated, delivered, refunded, reviewed, and handled by MQL5 under its own marketplace rules, separately from Trade't OU direct website sales.
Trade't OU does not process, invoice, license, activate, deliver, or fulfil purchases made through MQL5 unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Direct purchases made through this website are separate from MQL5 Marketplace purchases and may have different licensing, activation, refund, support, and update conditions.
12. Reviews, Testimonials, and Community Content
Reviews, testimonials, community comments, social media posts, Discord messages, videos, screenshots, or user-submitted results reflect individual user experiences only.
They should not be interpreted as:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- trading advice;
- a promise of similar results;
- a guarantee of profitability;
- a guarantee that a product will be suitable for your account;
- a guarantee that your configuration will perform similarly.
Individual results depend on many factors, including user knowledge, configuration, risk settings, broker conditions, execution quality, market conditions, account size, and monitoring.
13. Educational Content and Support
Trade't OU may provide documentation, tutorials, examples, videos, support messages, configuration explanations, and educational content.
This content is provided to help users understand how the software works. It is not intended to tell users whether they should trade, what they should trade, how much they should risk, or whether any strategy is suitable for their financial situation.
